Jason Hullender started Dallas-based IAG in 2009, determined to scale up his business brokerage.

Jason assists owners in navigating through the exit process with his team by working closely with clients to sell their business quickly and quietly. Rather than rely on the traditional marketing tactics of the brokerage field, like direct mail and seminars, Jason understands that the decision to sell a privately held business is a deeply personal turning point for an owner that requires a one-on-one conversation.

Jason proudly served in the United States Marine Corps on active duty for 6 years and has a Master of Business Admistration (MBA) from Madison University, which he obtained while working full time!

Steve is a qualified and experienced Software Development Engineer with a Masters in Project Management and an International MBA. He has 22 years of ICT experience focused on Sales Management and Strategic Development.

For the last 2 years he has been following his passion of building businesses, specializing in transforming start-ups into breakthrough companies.

He is currently CEO and MD of Business Doctors Africa and Executive board member of Roodepoort Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Steve has established a bid office submitting more than R400 million worth of proposals a month as well as, a large and complex deal management department closing R350 million in year one.

When it comes to ‘monetising’ a business for sale, Kerry Boulton has over $15.4 million worth of runs on the board from businesses she personally helped build and sell.

Coaxed out of her second “retirement” in 2013, Kerry is now founder and CEO of The Exit Strategy Group (TheExitStrategyGroup.com.au), established to help business owners and CEOs accelerate business value while creating a personal Master Plan, so they are well positioned to “cash out”… and ready for the next stage of their lives.

Over the past 20 years Kerry has mentored many owners through successful business growth… positioning them for their ultimate sale.  She has been a sought-after speaker and facilitator, giving presentations and workshops relating to entrepreneurship, strategic thinking, management and business growth for many organisations.

With a reputation for always being “ahead of the game”, Kerry pioneered Nexus Business Coaching in 1996, well before “business coaching” became popular.

Despite leaving school at 15, Kerry achieved a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship in 1999 and was invited to become an Adjunct Teaching Fellow.  She is also a Certified Exit Planner with the Exit Planning Institute.
