Marla DiCarlo has been a professional accountant for over 28 years, in both corporate and small business, and is the Owner and CEO of Raincatcher, LLC. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a member of several professional organizations. Using her experience in cash management, strategic planning, operations, and budgeting, she is able to help the small business owner to project their cash flow and understand the story behind their financials. Marla and her staff currently provide business brokerage services to small and medium size businesses ranging in revenue from $100k to $50 Million. Her prior industry experience includes property management, commercial development and investments. She also has formal training and practical knowledge in computer implementation and consulting.

Marla was the Director of Accounting for an investment group who specialized in purchase, capitalization, and management of real estate and businesses in various industries. While there, she was responsible for new business deals, investments, and financing. She worked with groups such as Credit Suisse First Boston, ISS Group, Venture West Group, and Madison Dearborn Partners.
